Building is messing with power generation
Hello, I was playing the green energy scenario and it wasn't completing due to this building registering as power source (even though it always produces 0 MW) and the scenario requires power to be 100% from green sources. Turning the LRC off makes the scenario winnable, but if it is not a power source it should not register itself as such.

The green cities dlc has a recycling center also, try to use that and it will hopefully work good luck! sorry for very late, take care!
