Bug for 3.2.1 Holy Fury

When in game, opening the council tab would glitch the ledger. It would show the ledger and in three big ui's that would cover the space most of the right section of the monitor and it covers the jobs/interaction for the council too, it also covers up the my council tab. The minor titles are not affected by this and the other tabs as well are fine.

Hope this gets fixed.
