What does the spy drone do?
it doesnt seem to have a function

It's really really quiet compared to the other drones, which means it's less likely to be heard if your spying on someone with it. ;D

Or that one drone from Killzone: Mercenary (Yes i have a ps vita yes i know i am a minority.) that will fly around and stab people in the neck

Spy's don't do that IRL. They just do recon.
