Game is glitched, even when I deactivate mod

No Hud with planets

Ive tried it on different scenarios, and with the few mods that go along with/ tweak this mod. If playing in a space scenario (no plannets) I can see the hud, but if I am playing on star system, even starting out far away from planners, the hud doesn't show. Even if its the only mod running
