This has sort of already been done
when a scout is gibbed there is a 1 in a 500 chance that a dove will fly out already. As for the taunt it hasnt been done. basicly the thing where the dove flies out of the gibs can be removed.

Unless Medic names his other birds Arhemidies, in the comics Medic removed the bird.
