Can you move the hat?

A lot of areas on the hat can be moved, and by default have jigglebones, but the base of the hat cannot be removed from his head.

I could make the hat come off but I'd have to do a lot of work to fill in the missing top back of his head and get it textured right, it's not really worth the trouble

I can work with jiggybones.
