Features and bug fixes
- RiftenBeggersRow has been Duplicated
- Added custom voice type
- Added voice to Surgus
- Changed Surgus's race to Argonian
- Added door to Surgus's Hideout in Markarth (near water fall)
- Removed Surgus from Markarth Warrens
- Added clutter to Surgus's Hideout
- Added Courier Quest to add note to player [quest triger]
- Added a quest to find Surgus in his new home.

Future Plans
- Make Surgus's assassins unique (possible voiced)
- Add more clutter to Surgus Hideout
- Fix other NPC's
- Adding Surgus's assassins (2)
- Finish voice acting and make easy to install

The reasoning for moving Surgus is to make it more lore friendly. His Dialogue is also more lore friendly and his race has changed to Argoinan all to be more lore friendly.
