+cloak lasts 500% longer
Backstab an enemy
steal all their points
and automatically get all achievements

+ All weapons instant kill
+ When you kill someone they get VAC banned, leaving a message saying "(Name) has been sent to the underworld by Gaben."
+ Infinate health
+ When you fill up your meter of bans you get to use an ability called "2gud4u", it instantly kills everyone on the server but you, making everyone banned.

- No random crits

Comepletely balanced.

You forgot the one other stat: -On Death: HL3 is delayed by 1000 years.

+ jarate, self aware beuty mark, mad milk and mutated milk have no effects
+ you are immune to fire unless equipped with spy-cicle
- neon annihilator always instakills you
- On death: Half-life delayed by another 123235258273761825467535879201810476283568321 µs
