Change colour of buildings on Zoning Panel
Starting this off, just so stuff doesn't get buried in the comments.

Would it be possible to get the images, convert them all into white coloured buildings (the high density ones will need the brightness and contrast fixed) so they all appear the same, and then apply the colour as an overlay so it colours them all accordingly?

btw, I don't know how to programme :(

Unfortunately I just have no time to work on this mod. I made the source code available (see other discussion) so that somebody else may take over if they desire.

(I also have not kept track of the state of mods for this games, maybe there is a good alternative out there (: )
