halloween / fullmoon Taunt?

Since I think many would agree it would be out of character for heavy, why not make it a fullmoon only taunt?

C'mon, they can be zombies, fairies and ponies at that mode, so a dancing heavy with fairy cosmetics shouldn't be a problem.
