SKSE Support.
I can see this in the comments, but I thought it would be a good idea to make a discussion. For some reason the music isn't working for me, and I use SKSE and mainly mods from the Nexus. Not sure why, but it seems to be an issue.

it works for me with skse, i just open the skyrim launcher through mod organizer, then enable the mod there

It doesn't even show up in my Mod Organizer. Wish I could get it to work, but it looks like I'm stuck unless the author decides to move to Nexus.
