if you look up the weapon that Illidan uses, it isnt exactly same, the basic idea seems same, but its not exactly same. However, the used has created almost perfect copy of Shadowmourne for Phantom Assassin. There is few things that are not same if you really try to look for them, but its almost 90-95% the same as used in world of warcraft.
