First he has to make sure things are working properly, like weapon performance and texture accuracies, and let's not forget that he's doing all of this from scratch. If he is planning it, it's going to take time. A LOT of time. He's but one man, and he has a life to live outside of this mod.

I'm friends with him he said that he doesn't have the time, and that someone else, if they want can't take over the project
