They are planning to add some missions. The fact that Red Rising has 40 plus factions, over 100 different vehicles and aircraft, and alien race makes it a very tough competitor. So if having missions is the only reason why this mod is better then Red Rising, thats one weak argument.
and you call that an stiff competitor? it got banned from moddb due to ripping stuff from everywhere
Who the hell has time to download close to 9 gigs? Not this 'Strayan.
So you are telling me you would rather play this because it takes less time to download than Red Rising? Thats the worst argument i've heard. Red Rising at the most takes 45 minutes and all that memory is worth it due to the massive amount of content that comes with it.
Red Rising was removed from Moddb however due to stolen content, its gonna be pretty hard to get their mod noticed now that their main hub for modding is gone, if somehow they manage to get all 10gb of their files onto Steam Workshop then theres no hope for Red Rising, also Vora_bats modern mod was the first on the market
On topic however, glad to see that Modern Mod managed to get onto Steam Workshop, been trying to get my hands on this mod again since it got removed from Moddb
