I always get this error

I disconnect from a singleplayer server and then boom

I disconnect from a 1 player server and it always does this error,
"[Wheatley's Parkour] Trying to remove server entity parkourmod#110 on client!
1. v - lua/weapons/parkourmod.lua:1526
2. unknown - lua/includes/modules/hook.lua:96" Why?
