Sapper removal tool for all classes?
I think this would be a nice addition to help your fellow engies. And that's what crowbars do, right?

Reskin for the homewrecker?
I think the crowbar should get the same stats as the homewrecker, for any class then. Maybe minus the 100% damage to buildings.
Maybe give it a penalty like getting less ammo from big ammoboxes.

I think giving all classes ability to remove Sappers from friendly buildings would make it drastically unbalanced, it's Engis and optionally Pyros job to care about that

It should be like the frypan, but add that unique upside from the homewrecker.
