If you don't like it - don't buy it or use it. Nobody is forcing it on you. What's the issue, really?
By allowing localizations to exist, even if one might desire other versions of it, it still encourages other people to localize into their native languages, and it still at the very least offers an _alternative_. Currently there seems to be no suchalternative - as a russian you don't have the choice. This brings you that, if you happen to be satisfied with the quality and don't care about the DNA or occupation of the voice actors ;)
