The final things is if the bookmarks could go back even farther. Maybe even to Fallout 1 or October 24th, 2077.
As for provinces outside of North America, I don't think that's going to be a thing. The games have intentionally left it ambigious. I also don't really like the idea of making nations up, which is why I put generic tribes in places there's no information on. I might do a reverse colonisation thing at some point but I want to focus on the current area right now.
okay i'm done with my thoughts on north north america i'll come back with my thoughts mexico and the Caribbean once i have them gathered.
oh... i'm also not a fan of the reveal world pop up. it seems a on lore. yes they know the general shape of there continent, but they don't know what out there past there nearest enemy. the NCR dose not know what past the legion, the east cost brother hood dose not know what happening in the Midwest or in there home region. as i wright this now it hits me that it probable due to some macanic of the game you need to include that pop up so you can throw this to the wolves as well.
Texas BoS? In general its best to pretend that game doesn't exist. A Montana BOS? Not at that size or extent... of course these are not particularly egregious.. though anyone who is actually a fallout fan would rather you pretend Texas BOS never existed.
Countries named after States? I hope to god these are place holders, because it makes the entire mod appear bush league.. However the fact that.. you are completely missing mexico and canada is defiantly a point of contention. Especially because Mexico is much further along in the fallout universe in terms of getting it's ♥♥♥♥ together. Please refer to Fallout Table top materials to help fill out the rest of the nation, though again, most of this information was used by the HoI 2 mod Fallout Doomsday.
Luckily this is Alpha, so there is only up to go from here... just figure out what actual tribes/countries are actually in the map.
Edit: On closer inspection of the map.. you are missing the Commonwealth, which is only 1 of the 5-6 nations that is actually well defined with borders inthe game. (The others being Shi, BoS Midwest, NCR, House and Legion)
also i don't see any of that info on mexico in the fallout wiki Yugithzale. all i saw was it was invaded by the US. and some time after the great war settlers from mexico moved to Zion canyon were they were killed. the table top info dose not appear to be there so there no way for me let alone Ni to look it up.
