STATS, FOR THE LOVE OF GABEN
Ye, this is what I came up with:
- Same damage as the flying guillotine, but with no bleeding and random crits.
- Slows target on hit.

For the love of Gabe Newell, I know people like to come out with stats but, why don't we let the creator or valve (If they add it, which I think they should) say the stats!

We're just letting our minds go free, sharing ideas with some stats that COULD go with this weapon but, like most community-made weapons, it's likely to not be added anytime in the near future.

How about it crits bleeding opponents. That way, when you have the wrap assasin equipped it would sort of be like the guillotine and sandman combo. It would get people using the wrap assasin for once.

Pros:

+25% damage
while enemy bleeds: -15% move speed
crits stunned players


Cons:

(at least) twice as long recharge rate
-20% flying speed
makes a whoosh sound while flying.
no random critical hits

On hit: Axe is stuck onto enemy, marking them for death. This effect can only be reversed with a resupply cabinet.
+Initial impact damage: 40-80, depending on range.

-20% projectile speed
-No random crits



*Arc is less quadratic, and more exponential. Meaning that it doesn't like going in arcs, or parabolas, but likes going straight but then eventually dips down.

I was thinking, maybe it could be a sniper weapon, because of the tribal feel of it, so...

The Canberra Cutter

Level X throwing axe

On hit: Bleed for 6 seconds
Can't be crit boosted

(has same stats as guillotine other than that but with the same recharge as jarate)

Why does everybody want one that headshots? Thats retarded! You cant make a different thrown blade for scout, the whole reason its in the game is to slightly change the way you use the scout. Besides how could you change it in a balanced way? And who the hell uses the guillotine enough anyways? Think realistic people.
