Ideas for stats
Mouse3 fires special dart
Mouse1 shoots a non-special dart(no status effects)

+ Silent Killer
+ Special dart slows target by 20%, inflicts mad milk, and marks victim for death for 8 seconds.

This weapon reloads when inactive (no clip, like flare gun)
Fires Projectiles (Darts as fast as huntsman arrows)(Intangible to teammates)
14 second special dart recharge

- 30% damage penalty
- No Random Critical Hits
- 1.75 second shot delay

well there would be a recharge rate for the blind dart

What about if it stuns them? And it depends on distance for how long, close up about 3 seconds, far away about 1. Think of it as a get away that recharges like the sandman, but for spy.

Maybe it should add
Add mini-crits at the enemy you shot
-10% health
-25%Damage Penalty
+20 Damage Bonus
On wearer:+25% Speed when on fire

Is it Ok?

that is not a bad idea the bar would recharge overtime or if you go to a locker
it shut be 20%+ 25+damage bodus and realod speed 23%-

I'm going for -90% Damage done because...
it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tranquilizer weapon, and spy's a support class
this should be perfect for him.
Blinds the enemy for 6 seconds (as stated by OP)
-90% Damage done
+ silent killer

+ 20 seccond bleed on hit

+ catching on fire gains 30% speed

+ 25% faster reload speed

-90% clip size

-25% ammo capsity

-projetile can be airblasted

-no cirts

+the closer you are the more damage you do

-slower reload time the closer you are to the enemy your fireing at(this also means that your reload is faster the further away you are

+faster speed the further away you are from eveybody

-only one bullet out of a clip size of 50
