i downloaded this from mods.tf but what should i do now? im new to steam workshop and dont know what to do.

if you're still looking for help,you have to place the mods.tf file on wherevere you downloaded steam so inside the program files\steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom and then paste it inside the custom place
