IT FITS THE PYRO!
But I feel like it would take away the fire immunity he has.
BECAUSE:
  • THERE IS NO WAY THIS WOOL OR WHAEVER THIS IS CAN PROTECT YOU FROM FIRE

It breaks the original art style a bit much, like the hunger force for heavy, so unless team coloured i dont think valve would add this since one of their rules is to not stray too far from the original art style dont get me started on the filamental hat
Pyro is meant to be team coloured all round his body aside from the head and feet and arms

It's a cosmetic, and cosmetics RARELY have stats on them. So I don't think anthing will happen to the pyro. This is just for looks.
