STATS
Maybe it can be like when you body shot it will stick to the players body and detonate after 3 seconds and damage everyone around it and on headshot the damage of the explosion will increase and do more damage.
-stats: The arrow should be much heavier then a normal one so it won't fly as far and you should have only 50% of the ammo. If you taunt it will do the normal stab taunt but when you stab you will get hurt too. :) hope these stats are good comment on this if you think it was bad or good or if you have more suggestions :)

i think that when you taunt with this wepon it should make explosions all around you, killing you and all around you(like the equiliser)

how about when you stab taunt you blow up whoever get's hit and damage yourself and anyone near the target, but you use 1 arrow for it.

Not to sound like a ♥♥♥♥ but I kinda don't like the idea. Arrows are meant to fly far and decreasing the range kinda takes away the point of it. And having a high damage output (including splash damage) makes it extremely broken.

You shoot the ground and the arrow blow but it takes 40 ( or other health )

What if the arrow had napalm on it? (When hit it set's fire on the person, same effect of an Flare Gun or an Scorch shot)

Because there is a little bomb on the arrows top and when that detonates you get hurt by the blast and i haven't seen any bomb that is close to anyone that doesn't damage them. -_-
