uninstall the addon then go to \Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons and manually delete it from there

Summary of solution to a problem probably long prior solved:
1: .gma cleanup, took so long that this is now a built in feature in gmod
2: Fully restart and validate game, fixes most texture bugs

If neither work, consider digging through the addon files and manually ripping out the addon, else manually replace physgun texture, else reinstall.
