So as a few of the main comments state, they can not find it. Well, I entered the mod menu and said, huh, its right there, so I checked it and entered the next menu. Could not find it in the list of maps. Not sure if there is an extra step to take, but would appreciate clarification, and hope the best for your mod and its growth.

This is a general issue with Civ 5 mod manager. Try clearing contents of "cache" folder located in \documents\my games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5
