+10% attack speed
Backstabs stay the same (with an electrocution animation)
no random crits
On miss: take 10 damage and stun for 5 seconds
100% crits against a wet player
on non backstab stun enemy for 10 seconds
when hitting a sentry/ dispenser/ teleporter, has the same action as a sapper
battery has to recharge for every hit.

Actually, I'd like to see something totally different

I'd like to see it use ammo, like the Short Circuit does, but is a silent kill like the spycicle or your eternal reward, and has the vaporize effect like the Cow Mangler. Because it has limitations on how many swings it can do, being your metal, that also cuts down on your cloak recharge, and forces you to go to metal stations.

I'd love to see something like +10% attack speed, +5% movement speed -15% cloak (because something that looks so innocent would really be the strongest nerf, forcing you to really have to know where the metal is, which is something a spy really never worries about) uses metal per swing-- even if it were something like 5, 100% crit on wet players.

seem kinda legit
But that obviously too OP

oh obviously, I don't know how valve would nerf it, but I don't like the stun idea, I think it's too gimmicky. What I care about is the metal aspect, so that it makes you pay attention to something else-- an entirely new metagame for the spy. This has such a gorgeous design that looks like it would be so TF2 style, I don't want it to be the Panic Attack again and I know that I owuld totally use this if it were limited swings but more power. It would also make you investigate dead bodies more, and would make you think about your primary more-- something like the L'Etranger suddenly becomes that much better because your metal can now go to your knife instead of your dead ringer, and the damage penalty is less nerfed because your knife makes up for it

I think it should do less damage, stuns opponents for a short amount of time, disables buildings for a short amount of time, does NOT do damage on a backstab but quadrupals (4x) the stun duration, takes abut 4 seconds to charge between hit.

i have new stat now, it use "battery", 1 backstab cost 1 battery, there are 4, so it's prevent from become op

Remove Backstabbing is a very bad idea Thats The Main Tactic of the spy

i like the Idea With The electrocution Animation and adding like a Electro Particle too would be awsome but "No Random Crits" Knifes have no Random Crits

I think this is much better.

+10% attack speed [makes Spy v Spy appealing if resorted to FaceStabs as you tend to win them then]
Electrocution Animation [makes backstabs REALLY easy to notice, so this is actually a downside]
Battery [4 SWINGS. Not just Backstabs. Exact opposite, on MISS you lose a battery, so that it forces precision. Kinda like Bazaar Bargain. If you make it, it doesn't cost a battery]

No stuns. No Knife Sappers. No gimmicks. Simple and Easy means Valve is more likely to like it.

yeah but dat will make sphee become more complicate to play...
should add like 6 battery or atl least deal damage on backstab like the Sandman ? (Cuz it's stun)

not really, it's more like the sniper-- it's about precision. The Hitman's Heatmaker, or the Bazaar Bargain. They reward you for patience and precision, and punish you for recklessness. That's not complexity-- that's skill. You even find remnants of it in the Baby Face Blaster, the Direct Hit, the Huntsman, and the Blutsauger. Why would that be more complicated, if you get punished for missing 4 times? 6 is too lenient in my opinion-- catering to new players. Any halfway decent spy knows when to go in, and when to retreat. Ammo revives the battery anyways, so if you miss 3 times, and then kill a person, you get it all back by picking up their weapon drop anyways.
And why change the backstab? It's a spy's bread and butter. Why would anyone want to use a weapon that gets rid of the only things that gives spy power? Stunning someone just makes you an invisible scout-- weak, stunning, and then retreat. No real power to speak of, and nother to fear. Of course it should deal damage on backstab, but it should be the same damage as the knife on backstab.
