Love this idea, but it has no real cons. It needs to be like:
-10 secondary ammo on user
-25% burn damage on non-ricoshet hits
-30% damage on non-ricochet hits
-15% reload speed

also, since it has a longer barrel:
+15% projectile speed

Like I said, I LOVE this idea, but it really needs some tweaks.
