Manpower (HR) not increasing each tick
Im using v1.5 with vanilla teams.

I control 2 towns, Negades and Agios Konstantinos and my manpower doesn't increase with each tick. Money comes in but no HR. I destroyed the local radiotower and that didn't fix it.

Am I missing something?

i think its more to do with the towns populations, u get a percentage of the population as HR i believe so where they are small pop u probably dont get more than 1 HR per tick, if that makes sense?

Long time since your post but did you end up finding a fix for this? I have 6 towns all giving HR but after quitting and logging in the next day was only getting 1 HR for all of them
