Vecicle
How do I enter a vechicle? "Get in as driver" does nothing and pressing "y" and choose unlock vechicle does nothing ither.

I'm 100% sure this is a bug, I have the same problem and I did not have this problem before.

Shooting the cars helps like you said, but that means I have to stop being undercover just to grab a car.
