Here's my suggested stats:

+Shoots a projectile that slows enemies by 30% on hit.
+Speed is increased by 10% for 3 seconds after a succesful backstab.
+Shots increase in accuracy over time.
-Only one dart per reload.
-Reload is very loud.
-Reload time increased by 20% per backstab. (Max 100% or twice as slow.)
-90% damage penalty.
-Can't disguise while weapon is out.
-Can't fire the weapon while disguised.
"You sure as hell can't run, so why bother asking if you can hide?"

So my idea forces the player to have enough skill playing as spy in order to counter the amount of suggested downsides of such a weapon.
It's a gun that rewards Spies with accuracy with an easy kill. It has the downside of being very loud when reloading, which when combined with the inability to shoot while disguised and the 90% less damage the gun does means that spies must be willing to sacrifice stealth in order to gain any advantage with this weapon.
Tl;dr:
+Shpee gets occasional easy backstab.
-Obvious shpee is obvious.
Feel free to tamper with the stats I've posted. Might be some very good ideas out there.

The Bad:

No knife
Basically makes spy the gun-spy without a knife. However, instakilling people with a gun far away can be very overpowered, so you take +33% more damage.
-if you backstabb while cloacked, you cloack regen is frozen for 6secs

I'd change the last con to say 'You are Marked for Death if target not killed via a shot to the back', or 'Cloaking disabled if target bladda bladda bladda'. If there were minimaps that depended on noise, like CS:GO, then that'd make a difference. Not being able to get away as a spy would be more important, if you ask me.
Yeah sure. Those stats (plus your addition) would make this revolver unique.
So, its a gun, with that you can do more and easier backstabs, but which isn't very good in direct combat.
