That are some well-balanced stats there.

How about these:
+100% damage resistance
+500% damage
+12000% movement speed
On kill: Crits for 50 seconds
On death: everyone on server permanently dies
-3% jump height

Please tell me if these stats are not good enough

+15% damage
+20% movement speed
+5% gravity
-10% damage resistance
Medic kits wont be that useful
Builds up charge, at 100% charge gives you 70% movement speed and +20 damage resistance (Lasts 6 seconds, takes 30 seconds to fully charge)

+200... let's cut it out

New try:
+10% shooting speed

+5% damage taken
+100% style(kidding)
double jumping makes you run 20% slower for 3 seconds
Bonk! doesn't make you invulnerable and instead makes you run 15% faster

Real stats - +0 everything it is a hat not a gun dumb one
