Promotional item?
If its based on the ones from Left For Dead 1 and 2 then should it be a promtional item?

its not the medkit is from the game Left For Dead 1 and 2 and this item is based on it that's why I think it should at least be added as a promotional item

I don't think there would be much use in having it as a promotional item since so many people have l4d/l4d2 already. Plus both games have promo items already.
