enemy items or gold for wards
any way to make the enemy npc u create with -createhero get gold? or make the items work if u give items to bots? so i could place an enemy ward or sentry then try to see if my sentry spots it?

Use the -givebots <item name> cheat command. For example, -givebots item_rapier. List of valid item names: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=139655890

No, i mean i already did that, i created an enemy CM for example and i gave her a sentry and a ward with -givebots item_ward_observer and sentry but when i try to place them down with the enemy lina it doesn't work. And i was wondering if it's possible to do, like i block my camp with enemy lina's ward in interesting spots like in trees and stuff to see how well it is hidden in the trees, etc.

I tried to do the same thing, placing wards with enemy bots, and it worked for me. You need to make sure you have sentries or gem or else you won't be able to see the wards you place with the enemy bot.
