I recommend you increase the size of the roof, maybe adding a skybox. Not necessary, but the gray roof makes it feel claustrophobic. For now I reccomend using a 2D skybox, as a 3D one is not necessary for this map.
Another recommendation is learn how to use the game_player_equip to start out players with awps for convenience so the player doesn't have to mess with console. Also, if you can, add a function to allow infinite ammo. (I don't recommend this, as it is very hard to do this. As their are very little tutorials on how to do it right, and the Hammer wiki is a bit confusing)
Also, if you think my tips are amazing (there really not), don't expect to find anything amazing at my workshop file (1 csgo map) I made that in my pastime while making a defuse map. Which is currently still in testing.
One more thing, I hope you continue you continue to work in Hammer, this is a good map for one of your firsts. (I assume, considering 3 maps on your profile) It works as a learning experience as what is good and what is bad. There is no further advice I can give you, the rest is just hard learning.
P.S. Search up 3kliksphilip on youtube, he was an amazing mentor, and taught me many things in hammer. (Creator of de_sparity)
