Yeah Right click gives an LUA Error and just Spawns a Floating rapidly pulsing Hover ball with a Particle Effect. I also noticed that if you have the Electron Accelerator MK2 Weapon Installed, It apparently doesn't like the Ion Cannon. And Don't say that the EA is causing the problem, it persists even if the EA is Disabled
