Documents\SlaughterHorse2\Workshop\
Inside the "Workshop" folder, will be folders that are named a bunch of seemingly random numbers (these numbers come from the workshop ID, seen in the URL of each mod's Steam Workshop Page).
For example, if you subscribed to this mod, you would be looking for:
Documents\SlaughterHorse2\Workshop\3592979447\
And inside will be .png files, that are QR codes containing each character. In the game, go to the character customisation screen, and there you will find two QR code buttons. Press the one on the left; it'll ask you to locate the .png containing the character you want to import.
So for example, if you wanted to import Twilight Sparkle, you would look for:
Documents\SlaughterHorse2\Workshop\3592979447\sh2_Twilight_Sparkle.png
Unfortunately the process is a bit needlessly complicated, but it's also quite simple if you know what you're doing...!
