what do the entities do?
there are some obviously guys like corrupted gravity gun (throws stuff) but what do entities like harbiner's box do? does phantom engine just fly around? I'm very curious (and dumb)

Phantom engine just flies around and destroys stuff, and harbingers box is just... there. I think it does something but I'm really not sure

Harbingers Box acts as an anomaly spawner. Pressing E activates it and spawns multiple anomalies nearby. Pressing E again deactivates' it.
