I've never made a mod before, it is weird seeing the developer tag by my name, and already found one issue I hadn't caught in the playtests. So expecting to see more.

Who's turn did it happen on?
What exactly happened before it crashed?

If an AI did it and you're unsure, you can use the Barentz cheat and observer mode (press O) to see exactly what happens when it triggers.
