There might be some weirdness with ARC9's handling of high-RPM bursts, but it consumes two rounds and fires two rounds.

There's no (coded) damage difference between burst and the other firemodes.
my bad then it confused me cuz theres 3 bullet holes instead of 2
my dumbass doesnt uses a hud with an ammo counter

I'm pretty sure the bullet holes are just clientside, yeah. I noticed that during testing, but whenever I'd actually print damage events it was two bullets serverside. ARC9 weirdness

hey. just wanted to let you know that you were right and it actually was firing 3 rounds instead of 2. i've updated it to fix that!

and also isnt there like an marksman stock for an 94
cuz i play spt and i think ive seen it
