What it could improve
To me, the hat's model is too jagged and has sharp edges. It could do with more rounded edges. It could take inspiration from the Tuff stuff muffs, because it does what this hat does but much better.

You could add faint face bruises
but other than that its perfect

Very minor nitpick but I'd change the "poverty" style to maybe "empoverished" - it's both more different from "poor" and fits with the other two since it's a description of a person and not a state of being.
