Fox's sleeves seem disfigured after update?

After the model pack got updated in the workshop, Fox has this noticeable problem with his sleeves from his jacket. In both existing and new sessions, Fox's sleeves are now disfigured and stretched. I've tried "reattaching to model", but it just crashes SFM. Anybody else have this problem?

I'd like to report another bug. The rotations on Fox's fingers seem to have a similar issue to his feet from before. And just like before, it only seems to be a problem for Fox, as the others don't have the same issue.
