Pinehurst Sporting Goods store
How to get into the store? I have yet to find a way to do it, and after looking into the store with ctrl+shift+F1 it seems there's an NPC and a bunch of good loot in there. I imagine that it has something to do with progression, but I haven't been able to find any clues as to how to get in.

Throw a frag grenade through a small window on the back side to disable the generator humming inside and the gates will open.
