Why there's no option for the forearm?

this happend to me too its probaly u didnt pick another one so that should do the trick :)

Mmm...I sitll need help with this. I don't find any guide on how to remove the forearm. Could someone please help me? :P

To fix it:

Right click on the scout or whatever model your using
Then hover over "Utilities" then click "Bake Procedural Bones"
Then you will find "hlp_forearm" L and R.

Hope it helps :)

use the hwm scout model it works fully and has forearms
