Simple way to remove level cap
To remove level 20 cap, you need to create a file Data.txt and folders for this file, the path would look like this.

...\Steam\steamapps\common\Divinity Original Sin 2\DefEd\Data\Public\RoguelikeArenaSettingBySmallway_53374274-2ab2-4068-be4a-fc9ed0943af6\Stats\Generated\Data\Data.txt

Then type the following line in Data.txt

key "LevelCap","35"
