Ramona's Hammer as a weapon?
It should be this:
+25% Damage
No Double Jumping

"This sick bass guitar is meant for shredding in front of millions or with your friends! but now it time to use it to shred your opponents... just remember its not yours!"
*stats for it
- Lower speed.
- -15% to health.
- +25% damage
- calling card on hit, (guitar twang)
- would need to be replaced when broken

The Ex defender
"Level up!
Guts +2
Heart +3
Smarts +1
Will +1
Now get out there and defeat those Ex's!"
*stats for it.
-add 10% health
- 3 second invincibility on kill
- once drawn need kill to return it
- on kill enemy will have hearts come out of chest.

i love scott pilgrim the film and i would love it if you could do a mod when i had all the character bits from the film and put them into tf2 please

here's what i think the perks would be

+50 damage
-slower speed
-slower attack speed
-slower weapon switching

Movie yes, book was Sword of Understanding. Had a butchers knife look to it.

I think the stats would be

While weapon is active:

+30% Damage
-20% Movement speed
