can you add a model where there is not white thing near the neck.you dont have to remove that,just make new model that available to wear this cosmetic

This set it based off of The character "Scott Pilgrim," and this character wears a jacket with the "white thing" on it. to make a model without would seem kind of stupid, considering he wants it to be as close to the character as possible.
