Something to check...
This track shows up as "Manor Gardens" in my workshop folder but it's "nome pista" in game.
I checked inside the track file with a hex editor and all of the track properties are defaults.
You might want to fix that and update it.

ah, but is it like this with all my tracks? Anyway, if it's like you say, I have to fix it but I don't know how.

Maybe I didn't change the name in the editor, in fact there it gave me "Manor Garden" without the S, it's likely that I loaded the track before changing the name, in any case I updated it with the correct name, let me know if the name is still wrong.

Every thing looks good now.
Steam gets the track name and comments from the track file when is uploaded. You can change it in Steam if you want to. But, if you update the track, what's in the track file will replace what's on Steam.
