Fixes
- Maximum 20 days for insurance to expire (Afterwards, it breaks)
- Registered items are now deleted from the world using the same timeframe as for claiming Insured Items.
- Regardless of whether the player logs out with the item, it will be deleted after logging in.
- Items claimed via insurance cannot be re-claimed.
- Edited the condition that allowed registering static structures.
- CF - Community FrameWork will be needed again
