1. After the first exercise with the MP7, during the transition featuring a helicopter, if the player received a "Reload your gun" prompt, it will not go away automatically until a new prompt comes up, such as "E" for opening a door.
2. The Five-SeveN guns at both the M4A4 target range and the final timed course will show the player's currently-equipped weapon skin for the Five-SeveN, instead of the default skinless appearance of the handgun, as in the original version of the map.
3. When planting the bomb at bombsite A, it says "360 seconds till detonation" (this is 6 minutes). I'm not sure if this prompt comes from the bomb the user places, or the bomb that gets automatically placed at B at the same time. Regardless, I haven't tested to see what happens if you wait 6 minutes. But this leads to...
4. The bomb at bombsite B, in the original version, had a normal-length timer and, if not defused in time, would fizzle out, with the instructor directing the player to return to Bombsite A, replant that bomb, and then run back to B to attempt defusing it again. There are voicelines for this. Perhaps the bomb timer needs to be set normally. Unless that would cause the bomb at bombsite A to actually explode? Or both bombs? Is it not possible to have the "failed bomb" fizzle from the original, and that's why you set the bomb timer to 360 seconds?
5. The five guns on the rack (PP-Bizon, M4A4, AK-47, P90, and AWP), when picked up, already have full reserve ammo. In the original map, they had no reserve ammo, requiring the player to pick up extra ammo from the ammunition pile/can. "Don't forget to grab some ammo." This means that the ammo pile is only useful for running the course more than once.
6. Probably the least fixable, but the method for ending and disconnecting is weird, upon using the exit door. What I have not yet tested, though, is if loading the map again after completing the final part lets you skip the first part. Then again, I guess that's why you advertised sv_cheats 1;ent_fire team-script_team_targets SkipTraining in the description for this item on the workshop.
