I think you could do this by just spamming taunt on the default bottle, or the scottish handshake.

The whole point of this was to bring a "rancho-relaxo" styled taunt to the Demoman, without breaking any character he has in him. A simple "drinking and getting drunk then drink some more" is an unoriginal, yet good taunt for this kind of taunt.

As stated above, it looks like a toggle taunt and can keep going on forever untill shot at or killed.
To make it even better then the normal bottle taunt demo weebles and wobbles around in the same place to make it funny. xD

to tell you the truth, i wouldnt by this taunt if i could just use the stock bottle for the same effect.
